Following up on my previous email, I’d like to share why our rolls stand out in conditions of precision and durability. We dont just "make" rolls; we engineer them.

1. COPRA Simulation Design Before production begins, we use COPRA software to simulate the entire forming process. This allows us to optimize the pass design, minimize material stress, and prevent common issues like edge waves or marking before the rolls even touch the steel.

2. Complete In-house Heat Treatment To ensure a stable hardness of HRC 60-62, we utilize advanced vacuum heat treatment. This process guarantees deep hardening and consistent toughness, significantly reducing the risk of cracking even under high-load conditions.

3. High-Precision Finishing Our workshop is equipped with CNC grinding machines that achieve tolerances within ±0.02mm. For high-end requirements, we provide mirror polishing and chrome plating to ensure your tubes have a flawless surface finish.
