I’m excited to share a recent milestone from our workshop that demonstrates our capability for large-scale, high-precision tooling.

We recently delivered a set of 24-inch (approx. $\phi 610\text{mm}$) HF welded pipe rolls to a leading manufacturer in South Korea. Dealing with such a large diameter requires extreme control over heat treatment and machining to prevent deformation.

Key project highlights:

• Material: Premium D2 (SKD11) for superior wear resistance.

• Efficiency: The rolls passed the customer's strict inspection on the first attempt and are now in full production.

• Precision: Despite the massive size, we kept the tight tolerances required for high-speed industrial pipe forming.
