Precision mold & product Manufacturing - Mold is the basic of high & stable quality mass production, SIMO-TEK owns many advanced mirror EDM, slow wire cutting and CNC machines etc... to ensure all of our molds meet the strictest tolerances. - Our ISO 9001-certified facility guarantees high and stable quality from prototypes to volume production.
Diverse Material & Finishing Capabilities - Wide range material choices is key for a project success, in addition to ordinary plastic, silicone and metal materials, SIMO-TEK is keeping learning and using new materials, like bio-grade and OPB materials, different carbon fiber and titanium alloy materials etc... - As product aesthetics directly impact market appeal, surface treatment is very important in SIMO-TEK, we invested much to reduce the rejecting rate and ensure the consistency and durability for oil painting, powder coating, plating, anodizing, PVD etc...
